Here at Papaya Stories we learnt about how encouraging it is to work under pressure in a supportive friendly environment and vice versa, how draining it feels to be an outsider of a group. We were at different sides of the working environment planet, we tested various grounds, touched the bottom of the “corporate sea” that made us conclude that happy employees, healthy working relations in a team, leads to long-term business development and growth.

Having gained such a broad insider’s experience allows us to offer you a range of team-building events based on a spirit of adventure notion. Through a series of engaging, interactive, as well as thought-provoking events, each team member will feel empowered, inspired by its potential capabilities, develop new communicative skills, improve self-confidence and self-esteem, encourage self-development which in the future will impact on better professional performance from day to day!
Team-building programmes can range from an intensive day/night experiential learning to a half-day of sun, fun and games. Our team is able to provide a team-building event in conjunction with a planning conference/session. Post-programme/de-briefing is also available upon request.
